WEEE Regulations definition

WEEE Regulations means the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday inclusive, but excluding public holidays.
WEEE Regulations means the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2002 as implemented by EU Member States including the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Regulations 2006.
WEEE Regulations means the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 149 of 2014).

Providers therefore in arranging the disposal of Electrical and Electronic equipment must comply with these Regulations; ”Wokingham” Means not only Wokingham Borough Council but also any person to whom Wokingham may assign this agreement and any person who takes over its statutory functions;
WEEE Regulations means The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3113) and/or any equivalent legislation implementing the WEEE Directive 2012 or equivalent national law in any jurisdiction in which the Buyer is incorporated, resident or carries on business.
