Weekly Interest Rate Mode definition

Weekly Interest Rate Mode means the interest rate mode during any period when the Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Interest Rate.
Weekly Interest Rate Mode means, with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate Mode in which the interest rate on such Note is reset on a periodic basis approximating one week and interest is paid as provided for such Interest Rate Mode in Section 203 hereof. The foregoing Section 101 supersedes Section 101 of the Second Supplemental Indenture in its entirety.
Weekly Interest Rate Mode means, with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate Mode in which the interest rate on such Note is reset on a periodic basis approximating one week and interest is paid as provided for such Interest Rate Mode in Section 203 hereof.

Examples of Weekly Interest Rate Mode in a sentence

  • The Bond Purchase Date is determined by the Holder or Beneficial Owner and must be a Business Day and, if the Interest Rate Mode is to be converted from the Weekly Interest Rate Mode to another Interest Rate Mode, must be prior to the Interest Period Reset Date for such other Interest Rate Mode.

  • Failure to Meet Conditions to Convert to a New Mode for Bonds in the Daily Interest Rate Mode, Weekly Interest Rate Mode and the Short Term Interest Rate Mode.

  • While the Bonds bear interest in the Weekly Interest Rate Mode, the notice must be given no earlier than 15 days but no later than 7 days prior to the Bond Purchase Date.

Related to Weekly Interest Rate Mode

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
