Weekly Reporting Condition definition

Weekly Reporting Condition means that either (i) the rating of Avnet’s Long-Term Debt is lower than BBB- by S&P and lower than Baa3 by Moody’s or (ii) no rating for Avnet’s Long-Term Debt is available from either Moody’s or S&P.
Weekly Reporting Condition means that either (i) the rating of Avnet’s Long-Term Debt is lower than BB+ byfrom S&P and lower than Ba1 byfrom Moody’s or (ii) no rating for Avnet’s Long-Term Debt is available from either Moody’s or S&P or Moody’s.
Weekly Reporting Condition means that either (i) the rating of Avnet's Long-Term Debt is equal to BB or lower by S&P or Ba2 or lower by Moody's or (ii) no rating for Avnet's Long-Term Debt is available from either Moody's or S&P. For the purposes of this definition, (i) "S&P" means Standard & Poor's Ratings Services and its successors, and (ii) "Moody's" means Moody's Investors Service, Inc. and its successors.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.

  • Rating Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(c)(ii).

  • Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.

  • Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Qualifying condition means a condition described in Section 26-61a-104.

  • Covenant Compliance Event means that Excess Availability at any time is less than the greater of (a) ten (10%) percent of the Line Cap or (b) $7,000,000. For purposes hereof, the occurrence of a Covenant Compliance Event shall be deemed continuing until Excess Availability has exceeded the amounts set forth above for thirty (30) consecutive days, in which case a Covenant Compliance Event shall no longer be deemed to be continuing for purposes of this Agreement. The termination of a Covenant Compliance Event as provided herein shall in no way limit, waive or delay the occurrence of a subsequent Covenant Compliance Event in the event that the conditions set forth in this definition again arise.

  • Business Condition of any Person shall mean the condition (financial or other), earnings, results of operations, business, properties or prospects of such Person.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
