Examples of WeWork Parties in a sentence

  • None of the WeWork Parties will be responsible for any injury to such pets.

  • None of the WeWork Parties shall be liable for any obligations arising out of a settlement made without its prior written consent.

  • You will indemnify the WeWork Parties from and against any and all claims, including third party claims, liabilities, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any breach or alleged breach of this Agreement by you or your Members or your or their guests, invitees or pets or any of your or their actions or omissions, except to the extent a claim results from the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of the WeWork Parties.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not commence any action or proceeding against any of the WeWork Parties other than the WeWork Party you are directly contracting with hereunder and the assets of such entity for any amounts due or for the performance of any obligations in connection with this Agreement.

  • None of the WeWork Parties will be liable under any cause of action, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, reliance or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Bank Parties means Administrative Agent and the Banks.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Covenantors means the Group Companies, the Founder and the Founder Holding Company, and a “Covenantor” means any of the Covenantors.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.

  • Buyer Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Owner/Operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
