Whistler Housing Authority definition

Whistler Housing Authority means Whistler Housing Authority Ltd., or its successor in function as the Municipality may designate from time to time.

  • The Owner may apply to the Whistler Housing Authority to extend a period of rental or vacancy under paragraph (a) or (b) of this section and on such application Whistler Housing Authority may, in its sole discretion, authorize such an extension and any such authorization shall only be effective if it is express and made in writing.

  • Football Authority means each of the Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and other relevant governing body of association football.

  • Approving Authority means a government (federal, provincial or municipal), governmental agency, Crown corporation, or quasi-governmental authority (a privately operated organization exercising authority delegated by legislation or a government).

  • Elderly Housing means housing intended for and only occupied by Elderly persons, including a family in which all members are Elderly. All household members must be Elderly (no children, and no disabled persons under the age of 62).
