Wholly Owned Opco O&M Agreement definition

Wholly Owned Opco O&M Agreement means, with respect to each Wholly Owned Opco, (a) a Master Operation and Maintenance Agreement by and between a Wholly Owned Opco and Operator and identified by the Borrower as a Wholly Owned Opco O&M Agreement on Schedule 1.01(a), and (b) and each replacement for such agreement in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent entered into with an Operator in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and the Wholly Owned Opco Back-Up Servicing Agreement or Transition Management Agreement, as applicable (from and following the date that any such agreement becomes effective).
