Wildlife Management Plan definition

Wildlife Management Plan means a management plan prepared in accordance with the Wildlife chapter.
Wildlife Management Plan means that certain wildlife management plan to be prepared by Tenant and approved by Landlord pursuant to section 3.5, as such plan may be amended, updated or revised from time to time.
Wildlife Management Plan means the document entitled Gateway North Wildlife Management Plan dated December 9, 1993 and approved by the Florida Game and Freshwater Fish Commission, the County,* and the Environmental Action Commission.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).
