Windstream Pension Plan definition

Windstream Pension Plan means that certain Windstream Pension Plan, a single-employer defined benefit plan insured by the PBGC and covered by Title IV of ERISA.

The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Company Benefit Plan has the meaning specified in Section 4.13(a).
