Winning Plan Sponsor definition

Winning Plan Sponsor means the Person who makes the highest and best investment proposal, as determined in accordance with the Bidding Procedures Order.
Winning Plan Sponsor means the Entity that makes the highest and best proposal to consummate and fund the Plan, as determined in accordance with Section 7.01 of the Plan.
