Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.
IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.
Beginning teacher means a teacher who:
Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;
Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and
Student teaching means a supervised teaching practice occurring near the end of an applicant's approved program.
Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;
Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Speaker and "Deputy Speaker" means the respective persons holding office as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House;
Collaborative lawyer means a lawyer who represents a party in a collaborative law process.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.
Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
On-the-job training means training that is provided by an employer during the routine performance of a job.
Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
