Withdrawal Nomination definition

Withdrawal Nomination has the meaning given in Clause 5.1(b);
Withdrawal Nomination means, for each Delivery Day, a nomination made by UGI pursuant to Article V for each Contract indicating the amounts of Gas is wishes to (a) receive from the Assets to meet daily balancing requirements regardless of whether said Gas is actually received from the Assets and (b) receive as a SEWQ.
Withdrawal Nomination has the meaning given in paragraph 1.1(b) of Schedule B
