  • If the Technical Adviser and/or the Wood Supply Adviser and/or the Agent is not satisfied with such reports, the Borrower shall consult with the Agent, the EPC Contractor and/or any of its subcontractors with a view to rectifying the situation and ensuring that all future reports are satisfactory to the Technical Adviser and/or Wood Supply Adviser and/or the Agent.
