Hazardous Chemicals Sample Clauses
The Hazardous Chemicals clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the handling, use, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals within the scope of an agreement. Typically, it obligates one or both parties to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding hazardous substances, and may require the provision of safety data sheets, proper labeling, and employee training. This clause serves to ensure workplace safety, environmental protection, and legal compliance, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, liability, and regulatory violations associated with hazardous chemicals.
