Work for the Xxxx Place means a place in Work for the Xxxx activities of a minimum of 15 hours per week duration and in accordance with any Guidelines.

Work for the Xxxx Place means a place in Work for the Xxxx activities of a minimum of 15 hours per week duration and in accordance with any Guidelines. ‘Workplace Modifications’ or ‘WMS’ means the Australian Government assistance for modifying a workplace or purchasing special services or equipment for eligible employees with disability. ‘Workshop’ means an ‘Exploring Being My Own Boss’ workshop or any other workshop specified by the Department of Jobs and Small Business to be a Workshop.

Examples of Work for the Xxxx Place in a sentence

  • Where the Provider has commenced a Participant in an Individual Hosted Activity, and the Participant subsequently leaves the relevant Work for the Xxxx Place, the Provider must, if the Activity Host Organisation wishes to continue the relevant Work for the Xxxx activity, use its best endeavours to replace the Participant in that place in a timely manner with a suitable replacement Participant and in consultation with the relevant Employment Service Provider.

  • Subject to the Provider’s compliance with this clause, the Provider may claim a Work for the Xxxx Place (as identified by the Employment Service Provider), which is advertised on the Department’s IT Systems and which commences in the future, up to 10 Business Days prior to the start date of the relevant Work for the Xxxx activity.

  • The Provider is solely responsible for all costs of meeting its obligations under this clause 96 and must pay all Work for the Xxxx Payments associated with the claiming, and placement of a Participant in, a Work for the Xxxx Place directly to the relevant Activity Host Organisation or Employment Service Provider in accordance with any Guidelines.

  • If the Provider claims a Work for the Xxxx Place, which is advertised on the Department’s IT Systems and which is available to commence immediately, the Provider must in accordance with any Guidelines: identify and assign a Job Seeker ID to the Work for the Xxxx Place; and commence a Participant in the Work for the Xxxx Place within 10 Business Days of the Provider claiming it.

  • If the Provider claims a Work for the Xxxx Place (as identified by the Employment Service Provider) referred to in clause 509, the Provider must in accordance with any Guidelines: immediately record the relevant Participant’s Job Seeker ID to the Work for the Xxxx Place; and commence the relevant Participant in that place within 10 Business Days of the start date of the relevant Work for the Xxxx Place.

  • The Provider is solely responsible for all costs of meeting its obligations under this clause 487 and must pay all Work for the Xxxx Payments associated with the claiming, and placement of a Participant in, a Work for the Xxxx Place directly to the relevant Activity Host Organisation or Employment Service Provider in accordance with any Guidelines.

  • The Department is not required to pay any fee or other payment to the Provider as a consequence of the Provider claiming or placing a Participant in a Work for the Xxxx Place in accordance with this clause 487.

  • If the Provider claims a Work for the Xxxx Place (as identified by the Employment Service Provider) referred to in clause 97.4, the Provider must in accordance with any Guidelines: immediately record the relevant Participant’s Job Seeker ID to the Work for the Xxxx Place; and commence the relevant Participant in that place within 10 Business Days of the start date of the relevant Work for the Xxxx Place.

  • The Department is not required to pay any fee or other payment to the Provider as a consequence of the Provider claiming or placing a Participant in a Work for the Xxxx Place in accordance with this clause 96.

  • Home for the aged means that term as defined in section 20106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20106.

  • FAA Xxxx of Sale means the xxxx of sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and recorded with the FAA.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.
