The Bidder submitting Bid Submission proposals shall be actually engaged as their recognized business in the lines of Work required by the specifications, and shall be able to refer to Work of a similar character which has been satisfactorily performed by them.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND WAGE RATES This Contract shall be based upon payment by Contractor and his Subcontractors of wage rates not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for Work of a similar character in the locality in which the Work is performed, and not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for legal holiday and overtime work.
