Work Order Value definition

Work Order Value means the price come out after the site survey done by the PIA and the value payable to the PIA under this Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations;
Work Order Value means, in respect of a Work Order or a Supplementary Work Order, as the case may be, an amount equal to the aggregate of the fees payable in respect of the deliverables under such Work Order or Supplementary Work Order, as applicable;
Work Order Value means the accepted total contract price of the goods and services as per the original the Bill of Quantity along with extended Guarantee of 3 years and the prices towards Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 years and also includes the revised quantity based on the approved survey. OWNER shall revise the work order to this effect has been issued in favour of PIA .

Examples of Work Order Value in a sentence

  • The balance amount shall be recovered @ 7.5% from each running bill and the final bill so as to make the total security deposit at 10% of the Contract / Work Order Value.

  • In case of AMC / ARC, ISD shall be 2.5% of the Contract Work Order Value which is required to be deposited within 10 days of the issue of the Work Order or LOI whichever is earlier, by the successful tenderer.

  • In case of AMC/ARC, Initial Security Deposit (ISD) shall be 2.5% of the Contract Work Order Value which is required to be deposited within 10 days of the issue of the letter of intent( LOI) by the successful tenderer( in form of DD or bank Gurantee as specified earlier in the NIT ).

Work Order Value means the value of the entire work as stipulated in the work order.

Related to Work Order Value

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
