Working Capital Allowance definition

Working Capital Allowance means funds acquired by the Solar Project in such amounts as shall be deemed reasonably necessary by the FMPA Board of Directors to provide for any working capital needs, including providing for the Solar Project’s ability to pay the Seller in the event of non-payment by one or more Project Participants. The initial Working Capital Allowance and the method of funding is described in “Attachment C” to this Power Sales Contract.
Working Capital Allowance means $2 million less the aggregate Applicable Working Capital Allowance taken into account for the calculation of Consolidated Cash Flow for all previous periods for which Consolidated Cash Flow is calculated for purposes of this Indenture.

More Definitions of Working Capital Allowance

Working Capital Allowance. , in respect of a month, means an amount equal to 110 per cent of the facility operating costs for that month multiplied by two.
Working Capital Allowance means the amount determined as such pursuant to section 6(e) of this Schedule.
