Working Capital Repayment definition

Working Capital Repayment means the Franchise Payment Component calculated in accordance with paragraph 13.2 of Schedule 8.1A (Franchise Payments); The following existing definitions shall be amended or replaced as follows:
Working Capital Repayment means the payment of the Line of Credit Note in the amount of Ten Million U.S. Dollars (U.S. $10,000,000).
