Working Capital Reserve Account definition

Working Capital Reserve Account means a segregated trust or custodial account established and maintained at a branch of the Paying Agent (as the “Working Capital Reserve Account” defined therein) for purposes of holding and disbursing the Working Capital Reserve in accordance with, and for the purposes set forth in, the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement and this Agreement.
Working Capital Reserve Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(d) hereof.
Working Capital Reserve Account. An account of the Partnership at the same financial institution as the Custodial Account administered by the Custodian.

More Definitions of Working Capital Reserve Account

Working Capital Reserve Account means the account with Bank into which all funds disbursed as Working Capital by Lender pursuant to this Agreement shall be placed.
