Working Capital Term Loan definition

Working Capital Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01F.
Working Capital Term Loan means the "Term Loan" (as defined in the Working Capital Loan Agreement as in effect on the date hereof).
Working Capital Term Loan means a Term Loan made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 4.5, the proceeds of which are used solely for working capital in accordance with Section 5.12(c)(ii); provided that (i) as of the funding date of any Working Capital Term Loan, the principal amount of such Working Capital Term Loan may not exceed the lesser of (x) the Borrowing Base certified to the Lender in accordance with Section 4.5(d) with respect to such Working Capital Term Loan and (y) the Working Capital Term Loan Amount, and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all Working Capital Term Loans may not exceed the Working Capital Term Loan Amount.

  • Any assignment under the Term Loan Facility must include a ratable portion of the Purchase Money Term Loan Facility and the Working Capital Term Loan Facility.

Working Capital Term Loan means any term loan made by the Lender upon conversion of a NAC Project Loan pursuant to Section 2.1.1(b) (or any continuation or conversion thereof pursuant to Section 2.9).

Related to Working Capital Term Loan

  • Working Capital Loan has the meaning provided in Section 2.04(a) (Working Capital Loan Availability).

  • Working Capital Target means $0.

  • Working Capital Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Working Capital Lenders' Working Capital Commitments at such time.

  • Working Capital Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).
