Works Commencement Date definition

Works Commencement Date means the date on which the physical works commence; and

Works Commencement Date means the date that the Works are to be commenced as set out in the Contract Particulars

Examples of Works Commencement Date in a sentence

• Where a Regulated Change, that Network Rail is undertaking, has not been agreed before the Commencement Date, then following agreement of that Regulated Change and prior to the Works Commencement Date the Parties shall meet and agree an estimate of costs up to the Completion Date for the Regulated Change.
