Works Completion Date definition

Works Completion Date means the date on which the Nominated Officer specifies in writing to the Contractor that the Works have been completed to its satisfaction in accordance with this Section

Works Completion Date means the date upon which the principal agent issues the Works CompletionCertificate to the building contractor in terms of the building contract in respect of each phase completed in the Development. ThE OFFER AND INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

More Definitions of Works Completion Date

Works Completion Date means the planned date by which the Provider indicates that it will have completed all the Works required at a Facility.

Works Completion Date means the Interest Payment Date immediately following the date on which the Facility Agent receives a notice sent by the Borrower pursuant to Clause 8.4 (Voluntary Cancellation) by which the Borrower informs the Facility Agent that it cancels any or all of the Capex Commitment and on which the Capex Fixed Rate is determined.

Works Completion Date means the date (if any) in Item 6.
