Works Completion Date definition

Works Completion Date means the date on which the Nominated Officer specifies in writing to the Contractor that the Works have been completed to its satisfaction in accordance with this Section
Works Completion Date means the date upon which the principal agent issues the Works CompletionCertificate to the building contractor in terms of the building contract in respect of each phase completed in the Development. ThE OFFER AND INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

  • If the Independent Engineer determines that the Connection Works were so completed on a date other than the date specified in the Company's notification, then the date so determined by the Independent Engineer shall be the Connection Works Completion Date.

More Definitions of Works Completion Date

Works Completion Date means the date on which occurs the satisfactory completion of such procedures and tests as from time to time constitute usual industrial standards and practices to demonstrate that the whole of the Specified Works are capable of commercial operation
