Worst Performing Index means the Index for which the performance is the lowest in accordance with the definition of WOfinal

Worst Performing Index means the Index having the lowest Index Performance, provided that if any of the Indices has the same Index Performance, the Calculation Agent shall determine which Index shall constitute the Worst Performing Index.

Examples of Worst Performing Index in a sentence

  • In relation to a basket of Indices, the Calculation Agent will take the Index Performance of the worst performing Index (the "Worst Performing Index Performance") in the relevant basket in order to make the necessary calculations.

  • The Index Performance or Worst Performing Index Performance on an Auto-Call Valuation Date is a percentage representing any appreciation or depreciation in the relevant Index or worst performing Index on an Auto-Call Valuation Date in comparison to the initial level of the relevant Index or the worst performing Index comprised in a basket of Indices.

More Definitions of Worst Performing Index

Worst Performing Index means, in respect of any Scheduled Valuation Day, the Index for which the Level of the Index on such day divided by Initial Index Level for such Index is lowest, and, in respect of any Averaging Period, the Index for which the performance of the Index (as calculated on the basis of the arithmetic average of the Level of the Index on each relevant Averaging Date) divided by Initial Index Level for such Index is lowest;
