Scheduled Valuation Day definition

Scheduled Valuation Day means the Series Issue Date and each day thereafter that is a Business Day and is not a Disrupted Day.
Scheduled Valuation Day means the Series Issue Date and each day thereafter that is (i) a London Business Day and (ii) at any time prior to the determination by the Swap Counterparty that the Index has been cancelled and that no Successor Index exists, a day on which the Index Sponsor is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.
Scheduled Valuation Day means the Issue Date and each day thereafter on which banks are open for business in London.

Examples of Scheduled Valuation Day in a sentence

  • If no such appropriate Scheduled Valuation Day can be determined, the Futures Rolling shall occur at the last known price from the Underlying Asset Exchange prior to such event.

  • Gold, the greater of (x) the product of (1) the Lease Rate in respect of the Fee Calculation Reset Day immediately preceding such Scheduled Valuation Day plus the Gold Spread and (2) 110 per cent.

  • The Value per ETC Security and market price of the ETC Securities on any Scheduled Valuation Day may not reflect their prior or future performance.

  • For the purposes of above, “Unadjusted Swap Value” means in respect of a Swap Transaction (and related series of ETP Securities) an amount equal to the Value per ETP Security for such Scheduled Valuation Day multiplied by the number of ETP Securities outstanding at such time of calculation.

  • A futures contract is deemed to be applicable to a Contract Month if the first occurring of notice period, last trading day or delivery period falls within such Contract Month but after the fifth Scheduled Valuation Day of such month.

  • Roll Date the fifth Scheduled Valuation Day in the Contract Month of the currently used contract (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Scheduled Valuation Day that is a Business Day).

  • For the purposes of Condition 8(b), an Early Redemption Event in the form of a “Publication Redemption Event” will occur on the fourth Scheduled Valuation Day following the date of the Publication Event Redemption Notice.

  • If the Swap Counterparty elects for the Swap Transaction to terminate on the last day of its scheduled term and such date falls before the Scheduled Maturity Date of the ETC Securities the last day on which the Issuer is required to accept a valid Buy-Back Order shall be the 4th Scheduled Valuation Day preceding the scheduled termination date of the Swap Transaction.

  • If an Issuer Redemption Notice is delivered by the Issuer the last day on which the Issuer is required to accept a valid Buy- Back Order shall be the 4th Scheduled Valuation Day preceding the related Early Redemption Valuation Date designated in such notice.

  • For the purposes of Condition 8(b) an Early Redemption Event in the form of an “ETC Securities Swap Redemption Event” will occur on the fourth Scheduled Valuation Day following the date of the Swap Counterparty Default Redemption Notice.

Related to Scheduled Valuation Day

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means:

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS Redemption Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
