Written Change Directive means a written order prepared by the Architect and authorized by the Owner directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Price or Contract Time.

Examples of Written Change Directive in a sentence

  • A Modification in (1) a written amendment to the Contract (as defined in Paragraph 1.1.2) signed by both parties, (2) a Change Order, or (3) a Written Change Directive.
