Wxxxx definition

Wxxxx means all oil or gas wxxxx, whether producing, operating, shut-in or temporarily abandoned, located on an Oil and Gas Lease or any pooled, communitized or unitized acreage that includes all or a part of such Oil and Gas Lease or otherwise associated with an Oil and Gas Property of the applicable Person or any of its Subsidiaries, together with all oil, gas and mineral production from such well.

Wxxxx means all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon wxxxx now owned or hereafter participated in or acquired by the Owner.

Wxxxx has the meaning specified in the Separation Agreement.
