XXXX Fixing Day definition

XXXX Fixing Day means, in respect of Tokyo Overnight Average Rate ("XXXX") and a Business Day "i", the Business Day immediately following that day "i" (or any amended publication day for XXXX as specified by the Bank of Japan (or any successor administrator of such rate) in the XXXX benchmark methodology); and
XXXX Fixing Day xxxxx, in relation to an Advance, the Business Day being two Business Days prior to the Drawdown Date for that Advance and, in relation to any Interest Period, the Business Day being two Business Days prior to the first day of that Interest Period;

  • Rate Fixing Day means the second TARGET Day before the first day of a Term or such other day as the Facility Agent determines is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in the relevant interbank market.

  • polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;

  • Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.

  • Dealing Day means every Business Day from Monday to Saturday of every week. Units will be available for dealing (purchase, redemption, transfer, switching etc) on Dealing Days during Cut-off Time. Provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven days notice in two widely circulated English or Urdu newspapers in Pakistan declare any particular Business Day(s) not to be a Dealing Day(s).

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • Fixing Date means the Business Day prior to the Launch Date.

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Banking Day means each day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearing System and the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer-System (TARGET2) ("TARGET2") are open for business.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.

  • Quotation Day means, in relation to any period for which an interest rate is to be determined, two (2) Business Days before the first day of that period.

  • Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • LIBOR Business Day Any day on which banks in London, England and The City of New York are open and conducting transactions in foreign currency and exchange.

  • Preceding Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be brought forward to the first preceding day that is a Business Day;

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Floating Day Count Fraction means, in respect of the calculation of an amount of interest for any Interest Period:

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • sitting day means any date on which Parliament meets.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • RFR Business Day means as applicable, for any Obligations, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in, or calculated with respect to (i) Sterling, a day on which banks are open for general business in London and (ii) Euro, a TARGET Day.
