Xxxxx Point Operating Agreement means that certain Agreement for the Construction and Operation of the Xxxxx Point Gas Plant St. Xxxx Xxxxxx, Louisiana dated as of September 8, 1981 among the Plant Owners, as amended or supplemented from time to time in any manner that would not reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on the Secured Parties; provided that, any expansion to the Liens granted thereunder shall be deemed to have an adverse effect on the Secured Parties.
