Xxxxx Subordination Agreement definition

Xxxxx Subordination Agreement means the Subordination Agreement dated as of the Initial Closing Date by and among Xxxxxx Xxxxx, the Original Lenders, the Agent and Parent, substantially in the form of Exhibit I to the Original Securities Purchase Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
