Xxxxx Xxxxx Sublicensing Agreement means the Xxxxx Xxxxx Sublicensing Agreement to be entered into by and between US Lottery Opco and US Gaming Opco, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.

Related to Xxxxx Xxxxx Sublicensing Agreement

  • Licensing Agreement means a commercial agreement between a design approval holder and a production approval holder (or applicant) formalizing the rights and duties of both parties to use the design data for the purpose of manufacturing the product or article.

  • Technology License Agreement means the Technology License Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Allergan and ASTI.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.
