Xxxxxx Affiliates definition

Xxxxxx Affiliates shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Permitted Holders”.

Xxxxxx Affiliates means Xxxxxx Brothers Capital Partners I, L.P., LBI Group, Inc., Xxxxxx Ltd. I Inc., Xxxxxx/SDI, Inc. and Xxxxxx Brothers Holdings Inc.

Xxxxxx Affiliates. The Xxxxxx Stockholders and the Affiliates of the Xxxxxx Stockholders. Xxxxxx Stockholders: Xxxxxx and all Affiliates of Xxxxxx, in each case so long as such Person is the beneficial owner of any Covered Securities, the Xxxxxx Foundation, the Xxxxxx Unitrust or any other Charitable Transferee if such entity is required to become a party to this Agreement as a result of a Charitable Transfer (provided, however, that any such entity shall be deemed a Xxxxxx Stockholder only with respect to Xxxxxx Holdco Shares acquired by such entity in a Charitable Transfer) and any Xxxxxx Related Party who is required to become a party to this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof.

Xxxxxx Affiliates means Xxxxxx and its Affiliates.

Xxxxxx 2012 Irrevocable Trust, The Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx 2012 Irrevocable Trust and The Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx 2012 Irrevocable Trust.

Xxxxxx Affiliates means the Xxxxxx XXXX, the Xxxxxx Trust, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Jr., his wife and issue, any trust of which Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Jr. is the trustee or which is created for the benefit of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Jr., his wife or issue, or any entity or person controlled by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Jr.

Xxxxxx Affiliates shall refer collectively to (i) Xxxxxx, (ii) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, (iii) Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (iv) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, (v) Xxxxxx Family Partners, L.P., (vi) Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (vii) Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, (viii) Xxxx Family Partners, L.P., (ix) KAM Partners, L.P., (x) Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (xi) Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (xii) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (xiii) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, (xiv) Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, (xv) Keswick Private Fund I, L.L.C., (xvi) Keswick Private Fund III, L.L.C., (xvii) XxXxx Family Partnership, (xviii) Xxxxxxxx Partners, L.P., (xix) Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, (xx) Xxxx Xxxxxxx, (xxi) Xxxxxx Trust (X. Xxxxxx Affiliates means all direct and lineal descendants of Xxxxxx Xxxxx XxXxxx and their respective spouses, trusts and Affiliates.
