Xxxxxx Capacity definition

Xxxxxx Capacity means Xxxxxx A Capacity, Xxxxxx B Capacity, Xxxxxx D-1 Capacity, and Xxxxxx D-2 Capacity. Xxxxxx D Capacity means Xxxxxx X-0 Xxxxxxxx xxx Xxxxxx X-2 Capacity. Xxxxxx D-1 Capacity means the Contingent Capacity allocated by Western pursuant to Section 2(d)(2)(C) of the 2011 Act that the Authority has offered to non-tribal new allottees located in the State of Arizona, and purchased pursuant to the Electric Service Contract.
Xxxxxx Capacity means Xxxxxx A Capacity, Xxxxxx B Capacity, and Xxxxxx D Xxxxxx D Capacity means Schedule D-1 and Schedule D-2 Capacity. Xxxxxx D Energy means Schedule D-1 and Schedule D-2 Energy. Xxxxxx Energy means Xxxxxx A Energy, Xxxxxx B Energy, and Xxxxxx D Energy. Xxxxxx Power Plant Act of 1984 means the Act of Congress approved August 17, Host Utility means an entity directly connected to the Customer that provides electric utility services and is responsible for the physical delivery of power to the Customer’s meter(s). Loaded Synchronized Generation means the quantity of Synchronized Generation that is supplying energy.

  • The Authority shall make Xxxxxx Capacity and Energy available to the Customer at the Xxxx 230kV Bus.

  • The capacity charges and the energy charges paid by the Authority to Western for Xxxxxx Capacity and Xxxxxx Energy under the Electric Service Contract shall be assigned to the Demand Related Revenue Requirements and Energy Related Revenue Requirements, respectively.

  • The Authority will use its best efforts to sell the Customer’s tendered or relinquished Xxxxxx Capacity or Xxxxxx Energy and will apply the net proceeds from the sale towards the Customer’s payment obligations under this Contract.

  • The proposed Annual Budget shall itemize for such Contract Year the Authority’s estimates of all Revenue Requirements and all revenues and other funds available to the Authority for the payment of such Revenue Requirements as well as the estimated amount of Xxxxxx Capacity and Xxxxxx Energy that formed the basis of such revenue estimates.

  • Any such recapture of Xxxxxx Capacity and Xxxxxx Energy shall result in a reduction of the Customer’s Allocation to the extent of the recapture.

  • If the Customer is not entitled to receive any Xxxxxx Capacity and Xxxxxx Energy in the next Contract Year, the Authority shall pay to the Customer any credit due the Customer and the Customer shall pay to the Authority any amounts owing the Authority all as determined by such detailed statement of the actual aggregate Demand Related Revenue Requirements and Energy Related Revenue Requirements, or Customer’s Entitlement.

  • Each New Customer and Recapture Customer’s share of the Transitional Items billed to the Authority shall be calculated by multiplying the total amount that Reclamation bills the Authority for Transitional Items by the ratio of the New Customer or Recapture Customer’s Xxxxxx Capacity and Energy compared to all Xxxxxx Capacity and Xxxxxx Energy held by New Customers and Recapture Customers.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.
