Xxxxxx Credit Facility definition

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Merger Sub (successor by merger to Xxxxxx), as borrower, the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, as administrative agent.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the credit facilities made available to Independent Propane Company, pursuant to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1998, among Independent Propane Company, Xxxxxx Financial, Inc., and certain other lenders party thereto.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means a commitment by Xxxxxx Financial, Inc. to lend up to $10,000,000 to the Company between the date hereof and December 31, 1998, for retail service station-related expenditures, to be wholly or partially secured by Purchase Money Liens, and "Xxxxxx Capital Expenditures" means capital expenditures funded by proceeds of the Xxxxxx Credit Facility.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the credit facility to be entered into by one or more of Xxxxxx Broadcast Group Inc., as parent guarantor, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Duluth LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Duluth Licensee, LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Fort Xxxxx LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Fort Xxxxx Licensee LLC, as borrowers and the lenders party to the Credit Agreement to refinance the Existing Xxxxxx Credit Facility, as amended, restated, refinanced, replaced, modified and supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means that certain existing $150,000,000 senior secured credit facility evidenced by the Term Loan Agreement (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time), dated as of June 1, 2000, among the Company, as borrower, the several lenders from time to time parties thereto, Xxxxxx Brothers Inc., as arranger, and LCPI, as syndication agent and administrative agent.
