Xxxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxx Facility means the 520 MW coal facility and related assets owned by the Xxxxxx Subsidiary, or its successors, and located, or to be located, in New Xxxxxxxx, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

Xxxxxx Facility means the 521 MW coal facility and related assets owned by Reliant Energy Xxxxxx, LLC, or its successors, and located in New Xxxxxxxx, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

Xxxxxx Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

Examples of Xxxxxx Facility in a sentence

• Xxxxxx Facility (JAMF), Central Men’s Jail (CMJ), and/or Central Women’s Jail (CWJ).

• Employees of equal rank or grade grouped in each of the following work assignments shall choose vacations within their group by seniority: Intake-Release Center, Xxxx Xxxx Facility, Xxxxxx Facility, Harbor Patrol, Professional Standards, Training, Support Services, RNSP, Drug Education and Facilities Planning.

Xxxxxx Facility has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2(e).
