Xxxxxx Documents. Any Award notice authority order or other document signed by the Chairman of Lloyd’s or any person authorised by the Council for the purpose shall be deemed to have been duly made or given by the Council and shall have the same force and effect in all respects as if it had been signed by every member of the Council.
Xxxxxx Documents. 1. For the purpose of signing and performing the contract, Party B shall provide true and valid information required by Party A including but not limited to documents such as a business license, tax registration certificate, Organization Code Certificate, bank account information, a copy of the legal representative’s identity document, etc.
0. Xxxxx B shall ensure that the information on the above-mentioned certificates (such as a new certificate replacing the old certificate from the previous year) is updated.
3. If the above documents are issued by overseas countries, the original notarized documents must be provided.

Xxxxxx Documents. Deliver to the Administrative Agent, by no later than the Amendment No. 21 Effective Date, a counterpart of the Xxxxxx Subordination Agreement, duly executed by Xxxxxx and P&F, along with copies of the executed Xxxxxx Documents and evidence of the disbursement to the Co-Borrowers of the $500,000 loan evidenced by the Xxxxxx Subordinated Note. Said loan proceeds shall be used solely for general working capital purposes of the Co-Borrowers.
Xxxxxx Documents. Each Passenger desiring transportation across any international boundary is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with the laws of each country flown from, through, or into which he/she desires transportation. The Passenger will pay or reimburse each carrier for any loss, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by such carrier by reason of such Passenger’s failure to do so. Carrier is not liable for any assistance or information provided by any agent/employee of Carrier to any passenger relating to such documents or compliance with such laws or for the consequences to any passenger resulting from his/her failure to obtain such documents or to comply with such laws. Where legally permitted, Carrier reserves the right to hold, photocopy, or otherwise reproduce a travel document presented by any Passenger. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the Passenger must pay the applicable fare whenever Carrier, on government order, is required to return a Passenger to his/her point of origin or elsewhere due to the Passenger’s inadmissibility into/or deportation from a country. The fare will be the applicable fare in effect at the time of the original Ticket’s issuance. Any difference between the applicable fare and the fare paid will be collected from or refunded to the Passenger, as the case may be. Carrier will apply to the payment of such fares any funds paid by the Passenger for unused carriage or any funds of the Passenger in possession of Carrier. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal of entry or deportation will not be refunded by Carrier unless the law of such country requires that the fare be refunded. This Rule and its limitations include, but is not limited to, Travel Documents related to travel by minors. Some countries require special documents for minors traveling with only one parent to/from an international destination.

Xxxxxx Documents. The initial Purchasers shall have purchased the amended Senior Notes from Xxxxxx on terms acceptable to them.
