Xxxxxx Indenture definition

Xxxxxx Indenture means the Indenture governing the Xxxxxx Convertible PIK Notes, dated as of March 4, 2019, by and between Xxxxxx and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee.
Xxxxxx Indenture means the Indenture dated as of March 17, 1997 between Xxxxxx Tire & Rubber Company, a Delaware corporation, and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee, as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
