Xxxxxx Notes definition

Xxxxxx Notes means, collectively, the Notes, the Vitus Notes and any Third-Party Notes;

Xxxxxx Notes means the notes set forth on Schedule G.

Xxxxxx Notes means any and all notes evidencing the obligation of Borrower to pay to Xxxxxx the amount or aggregate amounts of the notes described in Schedule 1.1(b); provided, however, that in no event shall the aggregate principal amount thereof exceed $2,000,000.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx Notes

Xxxxxx Notes means the promissory notes executed by Borrower in favor of members of the Xxxxxx Family, each dated May 31, 1996, and in the aggregate original principal amount of $5,580,292.

Xxxxxx Notes means, collectively, the promissory notes dated July 21, 1997, executed and delivered by the Borrower as follows: (a) $2,519,845 payable to the order of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Trustee; (b) $1,161,329 payable to the order of Xxx X. Xxxxxx; and (c) $2,168,826 payable to the order of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Notes means the term notes and mortgage notes issued by Borrower to Xxxxxx described in Disclosure Schedule (6.3).

Xxxxxx Notes means that certain promissory note dated December 21, 2000, in the initial principal amount of $1,291,000, and that certain promissory note dated April 12, 2001, in the initial principal amount of $586,832, each made by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx in favor of the Company, in each case together with all accrued and unpaid interest due in respect thereof which as of Xxxxxx'x last date of employment is $57,315.78.

Xxxxxx Notes means the notes issued in that certain private placement of the Company with X.X. Xxxxxx & Company, L.L.C. serving as the placement agent.

Xxxxxx Notes means promissory notes of Borrower payable to Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, his successors and assigns issued in connection with the Xxxxxx Transaction in the aggregate principal amount of $66,000,000 due October 17, 2001 and bearing interest at 11% per annum.

Xxxxxx Notes means (a) the Promissory Note secured by Deed of Trust dated January 19, 1993 issued by Western Rock to the order of X.X. Xxxxxx and Sons Corp. in the original principal amount of $116,753 and (b) the Promissory Note dated November 16, 1993 issued by Western Rock to X.X. Xxxxxx and Sons Corp. in the original principal amount of $163,833.28.
