Xxxxxx Xxx Guidelines definition

Xxxxxx Xxx Guidelines means those guidelines governing reimbursement of costs and expenses by Xxxxxx Xxx with respect to loans owned or securitized by Xxxxxx Xxx, as in effect on the date on which an expense or cost is incurred.

Xxxxxx Xxx Guidelines means the FNMA Selling and Servicing Guides and all amendments or additions thereto.
