Xxxxxx Xxx Servicing Guide shall have the meaning of Servicing Guide as set forth in the Xxxxxx Mae Acknowledgment Agreement.
Xxxxxx Xxx Servicing Guide. The Xxxxxx Mae Servicing Guide as in effect from time to time, subject to such waivers, variances and modifications as have been and may be agreed to between Xxxxxx Xxx and the Servicer and/or any of the Sellers.

  • Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.
