Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Stockholder means, collectively, (i) each Stockholder listed on Schedule 2 under the heading “Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Funds,” (ii) their respective Affiliates and (iii) any transferee to whom any registration right hereunder held by the Persons in the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii) are assigned pursuant to Section 2.13.
