Xxxxxxx Family Members definition

Xxxxxxx Family Members means Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, his wife and all lineal descendents and their wives, as well as trusts established by or for the benefit of such persons.
Xxxxxxx Family Members includes: (i) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and her siblings, (ii) each of their immediate family members, including spouses, siblings and children, (iii) trusts created primarily for the benefit of any of, or the estates of, the foregoing and (iv) Persons controlled by the Persons described in the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii) by virtue of their beneficial ownership of more than 50% of the fully diluted voting power of the Equity Interests of such Persons.
Xxxxxxx Family Members means, collectively, (i) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Houston Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Jr., Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx II, their spouses, parents, siblings and any of their ancestors or descendants (by blood or adoption), (ii) any trust or family limited partnership for the benefit of any of the foregoing, (iii) any other Person that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with any of the foregoing and (iv) the estates of any of the foregoing.

In determining whether a natural person is a qualified purchaser, there may be included in the amount of such person’s investments any investments held in an individual retirement account or similar account the investments of which are directed by and held for the benefit of such person.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Member of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any Person who is an individual, (a) each parent, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) or child (including those adopted) of such individual and (b) each trustee, solely in his or her capacity as trustee, for a trust naming only one or more of the Persons listed in sub-clause (a) as beneficiaries.

  • Children of military families means: a school-aged child(ren), enrolled in Kindergarten through Twelfth (12th) grade, in the household of an active duty member.
