Close Family Member definition

Close Family Member means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s (a) such Person’s spouse; (b) such Person and such spouse’s grandparents, parents, siblings, children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and first cousins; (c) the spouse of any Persons listed in subcategories (a) and (b); and (d) any other Person who shares the same household with such Person.

Close Family Member means a parent, child or sibling who is not an immediate family member.

Close Family Member means (i) the individual’s spouse; (ii) the individual’s and the spouse’s grandparents, parents, siblings, children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and first cousins; (iii) the spouse of any persons listed in subcategories (i) and (ii); and (iv) any other person who shares the same household with the individual.

Close Family Member means, in relation to any person,
