Xxxxxxx Mac Certificate means a mortgage participation certificate in certified or book-entry form, identified by a particular alphanumeric number and CUSIP number, the timely payment of interest on and the timely payment on the ultimate collection of principal of which is guaranteed by Xxxxxxx Mac, which evidences a proportional undivided interest in a Pool of Conventional Mortgage Loans, all of which loans provide for monthly payments of principal and interest in substantially equal installments for the contractual term of such loans and are amortizing over the original term to maturity.
