Xxxxxxx Transmission Loop Lease definition

Xxxxxxx Transmission Loop Lease means the Third Amended and Restated Lease Agreement (Xxxxxxx Transmission Loop Assets) between Lessor (as the successor in interest to SDTS FERC, L.L.C.) and Lessee (as the successor in interest to SU FERC, L.L.C.), effective as of December 1, 2014, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Transmission Loop Lease means the Third Amended and Restated Lease Agreement (Xxxxxxx Transmission Loop Assets) between SDTS FERC, L.L.C., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDTS, and SU FERC, L.L.C., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lessee, effective as of the Effective Date (f/k/a FERC Lease), as the same may be amended from time to time. CREZ ASSETS LEASE AGREEMENT “Swap Contract” means (a) any and all interest rate swap transactions, basis swap transactions, credit derivative transactions, forward rate transactions, commodity swaps, commodity options, forward commodity contracts, equity or equity index swaps or options, bond or bond price or bond index swaps or options or forward foreign exchange transactions, cap transactions, floor transactions, currency options, spot contracts or any other similar transactions of any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any options to enter into any of the foregoing), and (b) any and all transactions of any kind, and the related confirmations, which are subject to the terms and conditions of, or governed by, any form of master agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any International Foreign Exchange Master Agreement.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Transmission line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltages at or in excess of either 69,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 40,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Transmission Licence means a licence granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act;

  • Transmission Facility means a facility for transmitting electricity, and includes any structures, equipment or other facilities used for that purpose as defined in the Parties respective XXXXx.

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

  • Transmission Operator means the entity responsible for the reliability of its “local” Transmission System, and that operates or directs the operations of the Transmission Facilities.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.
