Xxxxxxxx Person means any (i) individual that is a lineal descendent (including adoptees) of Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, a spouse or surviving spouse of any such descendants, or the estate of any of the foregoing individuals; and (ii) any trust, corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity which is primarily (directly or indirectly) owned, controlled or established for the benefit of one or more individuals or estates described by the foregoing clause (i).
Xxxxxxxx Person means each of the Manager, Station, Parent, the Xxxxxxxx Family Members or any Affiliate of the foregoing (excluding any Exempt Affiliate).
