Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services means the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx payment management and fraud solutions provided via any electronic payment platform maintained and operated by Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx and any of its affiliates.

  • In accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx will host all of the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services on servers maintained by or on behalf of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx or one or more of its Companys.

  • Subject to the terms hereof, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services to Approved Merchants and maintain the same in an uninterrupted and error-free fashion consistent with its practices in effect as of the Effective Date, provided that the applicable Approved Merchant is not in default of its obligations to Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx pursuant to the Payment Gateway Merchant Service Agreement or Merchant Account Services Agreement.

  • Section I.A.1 sets forth the entirety of Company’s right to market, promote, offer, sell, and distribute the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services.

  • In addition, Company shall comply with all the current policies, procedures and guidelines of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx governing the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services.

  • Upon Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx’s receipt of all information that is required to activate Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services, it shall send an email message to Merchant at the email address provided to Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx instructing Merchant on the steps it needs to take to activate the applicable services.

  • Company shall accurately describe Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx, its Companys, and the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services to each Merchant.

  • The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx trademarks the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Website, the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services, all content and documentation furnished to Company by Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx hereunder, and the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx technology.
