  • Each Party hereby grants to the other Party the right to use, reproduce, publish, perform and display the other Party’s Trademarks in promotional and marketing materials and electronic and printed advertising, publicity, press releases, newsletters and mailings about or related to the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services.

  • Company acknowledges and agrees that as between Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx, Company and Merchant, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx maintains privity of contract for Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services between it and the Merchant.

  • In addition, Company shall comply with all the current policies, procedures and guidelines of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx governing the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services.
