Yield Asset definition

Yield Asset means any asset classified as of the applicable date of determination (i) as a non-agency residential mortgage-backed security, (ii) as an investment grade collateralized loan obligation, (iii) as an asset-backed security (both insurance-linked securities and non-insurance-linked securities) that is not a residential mortgage-backed security or a commercial mortgage-backed security or a collateralized loan obligation, (iv) as an commercial mortgage-backed security, (v) as an emerging market investment, (vi) as a sub-investment grade corporate (private and public), (vii) as a subordinated debt obligation, hybrid security or surplus note issued or assumed by a Financial Issuer, (viii) as rated preferred equity, (ix) as a residential mortgage loan, (x) as a bank loan, (xi) as investment grade infrastructure debt, (xii) as a floating rate commercial mortgage loan on slightly transitional or stabilized traditional real estate or (xiii) with respect to which Investment Manager and Sub-Advisor have mutually agreed following the Effective Date to constitute as a yield asset category or a yield asset. For the avoidance of doubt, an asset shall constitute only one of a Core Asset, a Core Plus Asset, a High Alpha Asset or a Yield Asset as of any date of determination. If an asset can be described as two or more of a Core Asset, a Core Plus Asset, a High Alpha Asset or a Yield Asset, such asset shall be deemed to fall solely within the categories most specific to such asset.
Yield Asset means, without limiting Section 4(c), any asset classified as of the applicable date of determination in accordance with ISG’s (or a Sub-Advisor’s, if applicable) then-existing policies (i) as a non-agency residential mortgage-backed security, (ii) as an investment grade collateralized loan obligation, (iii) as an asset-backed security (both insurance-linked securities and non-insurance-linked securities) that is not a residential mortgage-backed security, a commercial mortgage-backed security or a collateralized loan obligation, (iv) as a commercial mortgage-backed security, (v) as an emerging market investment, (vi) as a sub-investment grade corporate (private and public), (vii) as a subordinated debt obligation, hybrid security or surplus note issued or assumed by a Financial Issuer, (viii) as rated preferred equity, (ix) as a residential mortgage loan (RML), (x) as a bank loan, (xi) as investment grade infrastructure debt, (xii) as a floating rate commercial mortgage loan on slightly transitional or stabilized traditional real estate or (xiii) with respect to which Apollo and AHL have mutually agreed following the Prior Amendment Effective Date to constitute as a yield asset category or a yield asset.

  • Fixed Asset means a tangible non-current asset, including buildings and equipment, acquired not for sale but for use for the Project during the Eligible Expenditure Period;

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Borrower or a Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Purchased Loan means each motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by the Originator from such Dealer and evidenced by a Purchased Loan Contract; provided, however, that the term “Purchased Loan” shall, for purposes of this Agreement, include only those Purchased Loans identified from time to time on Schedule A hereto.

  • Yield Rate means, (i) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Security on deposit at any time in either of the Paired Holding Trusts, the stated interest rate of such Eligible Treasury, if any, or any discount rate applicable to such Eligible Treasury, based on the purchase date and purchase price at which the applicable Paired Holding Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury, and (ii) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Repurchase Agreement, the difference between the repurchase price and the purchase price paid under such agreement, with such difference expressed as a percentage of such purchase price.
