In connection with each prepayment of the Loan made pursuant to Section 2.06(a) or 2.06(b) prior to the Yield Maintenance Expiration Date, as a condition to the effectiveness of such prepayment, the Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of Lenders, the Yield Maintenance Premium related to such prepayment.
