Examples of Your Journey in a sentence

  • Your Journey Price is based on the Cabin category indicated in the Journey Brochure.

  • It may not always be possible to offer every Scenic Enrich activity in the Journey Brochure on Your Journey.

  • If You suffer loss of or damage to Your Home Contents within Your Home in Malaysia that was left vacant during Your Journey due to burglary, We will, at Our sole discretion, reimburse, repair or replace the lost or damaged Home Contents subject to the market value of the Home Contents at the time of lost or damaged and deduction for loss of value due to usage and age of the item based on Our depreciation rates.

  • If You suffer a Serious Injury or Serious Illness during Your Journey, and in Our or the Service Provider’s opinion, it is judged medically appropriate to move You to another location for medical treatment, the Service Provider will arrange the evacuation utilizing the means We or the Service Provider believe to be the most appropriate based on the medical severity of Your condition.

  • If You become legally liable to third party as a result of accidental death or accidental bodily injury to third party or accidental damage property of third party during Your Journey, We will reimburse the damages You are legally liable to pay and the reasonable legal cost and expenses for settling and defending the claim made against You provided You have paid or incurred with Our approval.

  • If You seek legal assistance for an emergency during Your Journey, the Service Provider will refer You to local legal advisors.

  • If Your credit card is stolen during Your Journey, and as a result of this, You suffer financial loss as a direct result of the fraudulent use of Your stolen credit card, We will reimburse for losses arise from such unauthorised transactions and cost of replacing the stolen credit card.

  • If Your Personal Money is stolen during Your Journey, We will reimburse the loss of Personal Money.

  • If You need translation assistance for an emergency during Your Journey, the Service Provider will refer You to a local translator.

  • If Your baggage and Personal Effects are lost, stolen or accidentally damaged during Your Journey, We will, at Our sole discretion, reimburse, repair or replace the lost or damaged item subject to the market value of the item at the time of lost, stolen or accidentally damaged and deduction for loss of value due to usage and age of the item based on Our depreciation rates.

Related to Your Journey

  • Journey means the journey of the Train scheduled in the relevant timetable from its station of origin to its destination station; provided that if a Train crosses a Service Group boundary then in respect of each Service Group the Train’s station of origin and destination station shall respectively mean the station at which the Train commences that part of its journey in that Service Group and the station at which it ends that part of its journey in that Service Group; and that where any Train splits to become more than one Train then that part of the Train’s journey up to the station where it splits shall be treated as one journey and each Train into which the Train splits shall be treated as making a separate journey; and "Journey Time" shall be calculated in respect of each journey by reference to the difference in minutes between the time of departure from the station of origin and the time of arrival at the destination station;

  • New job means a job in a new or expanding industry but does not include jobs of recalled workers, or replacement jobs or other jobs that formerly existed in the industry in the state of Iowa. A new job shall be as defined in the Act subject to the clarifications of new and expanding industry described in subrules 5.3(11), 5.3(14), and 5.3(15) above, except that an industry in violation of state or federal labor laws or involved in a lockout or strike in Iowa shall not be eligible for a training program under the Act.
