Video Footage. (a) For the purposes of use of a Player’s Image by the AFL or an AFL corporate partner that is sourced from and used in visual footage (as compared to still images), the consent of a Player will not be required in the following circumstances:
(i) when the Player is in the vision and is only incidental to the footage being used; or
(ii) when the Player is featured in the vision and the vision is being assembled for a non-commercial purpose (eg. a highlights package for an awards night); or
(iii) when the Player is “featured” in the clip and the clip is part of a sequence of footage assembled collectively comprising at least 6 separate clips per 30 seconds (or 3 in 15 seconds and 12 in 60 seconds) of footage containing featured players, and the Player that is featured:
(A) is not represented to any greater extent than other featured Players; and
(B) does not have an existing personal arrangement which conflicts with the use of the visual footage.
Video Footage. Xxxxxx agrees to supply Broker with digital video footage of the full interior and exterior of the property. If not received Broker may remove the listing with no refund. If Seller does not have a digital video camera, Seller may request to borrow a video camera from Broker. If requested by Seller, the video camera is due back to Broker’s office within 10 calendar days following the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery confirmation at Seller’s stated mailing address. The video camera will be deemed to be in Seller’s possession and responsibility if there is a USPS delivery confirmation. Xxxxxx agrees that their credit card on file will be charged a nonrefundable $70 by Broker if the video camera is not returned in working condition to Broker by the due date.
Video Footage. Subject to approval as set forth herein, XxXxxxx shall appear on various Company video tapes. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the total cumulative time of all footage used by Company of XxXxxxx on all Company video tapes during the Initial Term of this Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) minutes. Pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement, BMG and XxXxxxx shall have final approval over the script, use and presentation of XxXxxxx on any Company video tape; and final edit of the tape and any related materials.
Video Footage. Envera agrees to make archived video footage from the Security System reasonably available to Client, which footage is typically retained by the network video recorder on the Client’s Premises for a period of thirty (30) days. In addition, Client will have access to viewing live video footage from Client’s computers. Client acknowledges that viewing live footage will: (i) be limited to officers and employees of Client and that residents will not be authorized to access the footage, (ii) be restricted to one Client user at a time, and (iii) involve installation of software onto Client’s computers. Envera will use reasonable efforts to train up to three (3) individuals designated by Client to access the live video footage; however, Client is solely responsible for the installation of any software programs and Client expressly acknowledges that Envera is not responsible for the functionality of such software on Client’s computers.

Video Footage. Subject to BMG's and XxXxxxx'x prior written approval of the use of any video footage of XxXxxxx by Company, Company may use approved video footage of XxXxxxx as a part of various promotions, Internet web content or commercials. All shooting scripts and final edits are subject to BMG's and XxXxxxx'x prior written approval. All video footage of XxXxxxx shall be filmed at a time and at a location approved by BMG and XxXxxxx. Company shall pay for all production costs associated with the video footage and shall use a video production company mutually agreed upon by both parties. Company agrees that it shall not use any video footage of XxXxxxx for commercial broadcast to the general public without first obtaining the written authorization of BMG and XxXxxxx which authorization may be withheld at BMG's sole discretion.
Video Footage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Property shall belong exclusively to User; Caliber shall make no use of the Property without the prior written consent of User. Caliber and Compaq acknowledge that the Property is being created under the direction and control of Compaq, and agree that the property shall be deemed a work made for hire by an independent contractor under the United States Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. 101) and, by virtue of this Agreement, is the sole Property of Compaq free and clear from all claims of any nature relating to Caliber's contributions and other efforts, including the right to copyright the work in the name of Compaq as author and proprietor thereof and any termination rights thereto. Caliber understands and agrees that Compaq owns all right, title, and interest in the Property and has the right to register all copyrights therein in its own name, as author, in the United Sates of America and in all foreign countries. The parties to this Agreement intend that Compaq shall have full ownership of the Property with no rights of ownership in Caliber. Video Footage. If applicable and requested, before starting the Work, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Officer video footage of existing site and building conditions. The video footage shall show the exterior of each building on the Project and the interior of non-occupied building units.
